This Privacy Policy applies to SportWise Guide for mobile devices, together with related services operated by SZATKO SP Z O O. It explains the Service Provider’s privacy practices for normal use of the Application.

The Application does not collect, log, transmit to the Service Provider, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required and the Service Provider does not create a user profile about you through normal use of the Application.

SportWise Guide does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Because the Service Provider does not collect personal information through normal use of the Application, SZATKO does not share such information with third parties.

Distribution platforms or operating-system providers, such as Google Play, may independently process information under their own privacy terms. Those activities are controlled by the relevant third party and are not data collected or retained by SZATKO through SportWise Guide.

The Service Provider does not collect or retain personal data generated through normal use of SportWise Guide. Accordingly, there is no server-side personal data retention period for Application users.

If you voluntarily contact SZATKO outside normal Application use, for example by sending an email, the information you choose to provide is handled only for the purpose of responding to that communication and may be deleted when it is no longer needed or upon a valid deletion request, subject to any legal obligation that may require limited retention.

Because SportWise Guide does not collect or store personal data on SZATKO servers through normal use, there is no server-side Application account or personal-data record that needs to be deleted.

If the Application stores preferences or other non-personal app data locally on your device, you can remove that local data using your device’s application-storage controls or by uninstalling the Application.

If you have voluntarily sent personal information to SZATKO outside the Application, you may request deletion by contacting support@szatko.site. We will process valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them. Since personal information is not collected through normal use of the Application, no child profile is created by SZATKO through that use.

Because the Application does not collect or retain personal data through normal use, exposure risk relating to stored Application personal data is minimized. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, however, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and information it controls.

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting stored Application personal data is minimal. If an incident involves personal information voluntarily provided to SZATKO outside normal app use, the Service Provider will address notification obligations as required by applicable law.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy and effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, SZATKO will provide it as required.

Normal use of SportWise Guide does not require you to provide personal information to SZATKO. If you voluntarily provide personal information through another channel and processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent in accordance with applicable law.
